Studio Membership
Welcome to the Clay Community at Squeaky Wheel Pottery
Our studio membership is for people who want more time with clay—space to practice, play, and grow your skills at your own pace. Members get access to wheels, hand building areas, and dipping glazes, slips, and stains and all materials needed.
You don’t have to worry about the tricky firing process—we’ll take care of that part so you can stay focused on creating.
But the best part? The people. Pottery can be messy, unpredictable, and downright hilarious sometimes, and it’s so much better when shared. Our members cheer each other on, swap ideas, and celebrate both the “nailed it!” moments and the “well… that’s interesting” ones.
Who is this membership for
We do ask that members have some clay experience (college semester, 2 or 3 multi-week beginner sessions or similar) so you’re comfortable working on your own without step-by-step instruction. We ask that you are comfortable with studio procedures, cleaning methods and general tool use. That way, you can dive right into your own projects while still being part of a supportive studio community.
Our space is perfect for hobby potters and learners who want to explore clay more deeply. If you’re looking to mass-produce or run a full-scale pottery business, our studio probably isn’t the right fit—but if you want a creative home base, you’ll fit right in.
What’s the vibe?
Friendly, supportive, and a little messy—in the best way. Members swap ideas, cheer each other on, and celebrate both the wins and the “happy accidents.”
