Do I need to have any experience?

Workshops and classes are geared to those with little or no clay experience and are intended for beginner or refresher students on the potter’s wheel. The cost of the class will include all materials and tools (and glazing and firing by our staff).

If you have some experience (rusty or more recent) - Awesome! Come and join us and enjoy a little refresher.

Is a 2 hour workshop right for me?

We offer 2 hour intro workshops that are ideal for a “first try” or a fun night out with a friend. Workshops might be seasonally themed or focused on specific forms of vessels. So come back often to try your hands at a new project!

I am hooked and want to learn more…

Those who would like to learn a bit more about the whole pottery process - from fresh clump to shiny glazed mug - can join our Four or Six-Week Beginner classes. Classes meet once a week for four or six consecutive weeks. You will get more time to throw, trim, carve, add handles and glaze your own pots.
